Custom Plaque | QR Code Plaque

The custom plaques are the perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, memorials, and more! The plaque includes a cover photo of your choice with EITHER a song and artist name of your choice to the music platform of your choice OR a note/letter. You also have the choice of including a QR code Slideshow. The QR code will feature 10 to 15 photos in a slide show which will play to the music of your choice! QR codes do not expire!What is included on the plaque?:

• Cover Photo
• Song/Artist OR Letter/Note: Choose which song and artist you'd like on your plaque. You may choose to display a message on the plaque rather than the song title/artist.
• QR Code Slideshow (Optional): Choice 10 to 15 photos to include in your slideshow.
• Time Code (Optional): Customize your time code with any significant date (ex. birthdays, anniversaries).

Please EMAIL your photos (Minimum of 10 - Maximum of 15) to craftedinfaithllc@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in your email! Also mention in email which photo will be the cover photo. If you would like your photos in a specific order, please specify the order! If your photo is not sent within 24-48 hours of placing your order, the cover photo will be subjected to the album cover of the song you chose!
