    1. **Digital Mockup Creation:** After you place your order, our design team will create a digital mockup of your requested design.

    2. **Review and Approval:** The digital mockup will be sent to you via email for your review. You will have the opportunity to request changes and ensure the design meets your expectations.

    3. **Approval Required:** We require your approval of the digital mockup before we proceed with physically crafting your order. 


    **Important Note:**

    Please monitor your email closely after placing your order. We will not begin the physical creation of your item until we receive your approval of the digital mockup. Delays in approval may impact the delivery timeline of your custom product.

  • Materials for Orders Policy

    At Crafted In Faith llc, we specialize in crafting custom graduation cap toppers, graduation stoles, and graduation photo fans. To ensure your order is processed smoothly and on time, it is crucial that you provide the necessary photos immediately after placing your order.


    **Process Overview:**

    1. **Photo Submission:** Selective custom orders require you to email us photos. These photos are essential for us to begin the design process.

    2. **Email Instructions:** Please email the photos to craftedinfaithllc@gmail.com as soon as your order is placed. Include your order number and name in the subject line of the email to ensure we can easily match your photos with your order.


    **Important Note:**

    We cannot start processing your order until we receive the required photos (if photos are being added to your order, i.e. stoles, fans, or toppers). Delays in sending these photos will result in a delay in the production and delivery of your custom item. Prompt submission helps us maintain our commitment to timely and high-quality service.

  • Permission to Post Order Policy

    **Permission to Share:**

    When you place an order that includes photos of the graduate or other individuals, we kindly ask for your permission to share images and videos of the finished product on our website, social media, and other promotional materials.


    **How to Grant Permission:**

    By placing an order and submitting photos, you consent to Crafted In Faith, llc using images of your custom item, including photos of individuals, for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please notify us via email at Craftedinfaithllc@gmail.com when you place your order.
